Without prejudice to the rights of Cosmic Chronicles and/or its owner below, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be submitted for mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre with all costs for mediation (including our legal fees) being borne by you. Any costs for mediation should be paid directly to the Singapore Mediation Centre before mediation proceeds. In the event that such mediation costs are not paid, mediation shall not proceed. You shall only be entitled to initiate Court proceedings if mediation is first attempted.

In the event that Cosmic Chronicles and/or its owner is the claimant, it has discretion to either submit its claim to the Singapore Mediation Centre for mediation or commence court proceedings.

Cosmic Chronicles and/or its owner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
